In the basement of Harlo & Meyer, our bakers and pastry chefs work from early in the morning on dough, cakes and classics in new interpretations. All bread is kneaded, risen and baked on site - using organic flour from Gisslaberga Kvarn in Skåne and Valsemøllen on Bornholm.
The cakes are handmade from scratch with respect for tradition and room for seasonal ideas.
The assortment changes regularly and can be enjoyed in the bakery or taken home.
